please explain that what we can setoff the balance of our gst of cash credit or other closing balance in income tax expense

You can sett off the next month taxes for the GST cash credit. IF credit is in IGST , u can set off IGST/CGST/SGST.
If credit is in CGST, U can set off for CGST only. and smae in case of SGST.
Or else You can get refund of "EXCESS CASH CREDIT"by applying for it.
