balance in provisional credit cess ledger
My friend is not able to use provisional cess credit ledger balance during filing their GSTR-3B. What could be done so that he may able to use it towards set off liability. In nov month when he filed the return all remaining cess ledger balance now appearing in provisional credit ledger balance. Is it any department action or sumthing else?
