With reference to GSTR-1, in B2CL sheet we need to show inter-state supply to unregistered persons with amount more than 2,50,000.00. Rs. 2.50 lacs means yearly supply or per invoice value or per quarter supply? Please advise.

We understood that B2CL is to be mentioned for interstate sales Invoice value more than 2.5 lakhs to unregistered party details.
It is only for statistical purposes as per 3B return. However, it should be included in B2C value in 3B report.
We have adopted the same option while filing GSTR1 return. However, the department considered B2CL, B2CS and B2B for tax liability purposes.
