Dear Sir,
I have filed a B2B invoice as B2C invoice in the month of Feb 2020. Now the time for amending the B2C invoice also lapsed i.e. 30--09-2020. Please help me in resolving this.

Ask the person to raise the sale invoice with GST, and you take inward and account purchases with ITC and raise the bill in current date to customer and file B2B.
