why there is a concept of "B list" when the shares are "transferred" before one yr of liquidation, what is the likability of the previous shareholder here to contribute ?

bcoz there may be some probability that they knew company would gone into liquidation very soon and also they earned lot of profit from co's past year performance. ...nd they get rid from it by selling their shares ..that's why this concept has introduced...
