B.lec ca- inter applicable in may'15 exam...sec.404 to 414 of co.act 2013?
" Sec.404 to Sec.414 of Companies Act,2013- NCLT & NCLAT" (Point no1.19 , page 22- 26 , Unit 1 of SUPPLEMENTARY STUDY PAPER, BOS, ICAI) " APPLICABLE TO MAY'15 CA- Intermediate (IPC) Course?...as in Syllbi. Mentioned only sec.1 to 122 of Co. Act,2013 are applicable for May'15 CA-Inter......Project for earliest response & express my gratitude towards, in advance

Sections 407 to 414 of the Companies Act, 2013 were later on withdrawn by the ICAI for CA-IPC Nov'14 exam, vide announcement dated 12.09.2014 (click here) and neither they have been included in the latest study material (July'14 edition) applicable for May'15 CA-IPC exam (click here).
