B.Com from IGNOU or SMU or regular?

Doing Bcom through regular mode becomes difficult when you reach the IPCC articleship, as the class timings may clash with articleship timings. So, in my opinion, you can choose IGNOU. Let others comment.

regular not possible

SMU- Costly as well as not well recognised

IGNOU- CHeap, easy bcoz of 6 papers, well recognised, Flexible

Can anybody suggest me the procedure ,how to enrol and are there any exemptions for the students those who have cleared PCC
