B-1 bond for merchant exporter

Dear Sir, we have already executed B-1 bond for Rs.20,00,000/-. Now we want to execute one more B-1 bond for Rs.50,00,000. Is it possible as per Central excise rules. Please let us know.

if you have exhuasted the current bond and comply with the terms and conditions by submitting proof of export within six months, then you can execute further bond.

Sir, thanks for reply.

actually our current bond is in running condition, now we have received some big orders hence we needed a additional bond to issue CT-1 up to 45 Lacs. Post shipment documents against current bond yet not received. Please let us know how can we get additional bond.
