AY 2022-23, Jurisdiction of Residence in ITR 2 for Non Resident seafarer

I would like to know that what should an individual write in jurisdiction of residence in ITR 2 for a non-resident seafarer in AY 2022-23. There is option for India in the drop down. Further, please suggest what to write in TIN also.
