Taxble amount 3,00,000. for AY 2018-19. Now i will try to file it return, it shows tax payble 2,675.00. (System did not calculate late fees 1,000.). Please clarify any changes in income tax.

THE TAX PAYABLE SHALL BE NIL. Please recalculate that part.
Also if no Penalty is calculated by system itself, then you need not worry about penalty.You will get notice afterwords.
No such changes at present , this differenece may be occured due to your system error
