No need to visit , it's entirely online.
Online is only for condonation for e verification only . Go inside and check once
E verification can be done from outside.

Login to IT Potal and check the services menu , the condonation is for ITR filed but verification not done..Delay for e verification only it will be applicable

Person not filed return for the A.Y 2021-22 (F.Y 2020-21) and there is refund in that year then how can be availed it ?

There is some way to get refund even without filing condonation of reply depending on your source of income.
Deadline is over . So either ITR has to be filed mannually or need to get notice under 148A etc .

I have done it and claim refunds of earlier year without filing condonation
Are you able to e file ITR for AY-2021-22 now without any notice from IT Dept ?
No, but there is one more way.
