Ek person hai jisne AY 18-19 mein return file nahi kiya hai and uski salary 26AS mein 325000 show ho Rahi hai and uspe 3536 ka TDS deduct hua hai.
So is case mein kya kr skta hai ?
Ay 19-20 mein refund claim kr sakte hai
Ay 18-19 ka return file kr sakte hai.
And koi penalty pay krna pdegi kya ?.
