Awaiting For Refund

Ist of all you check 26 as statement in income tax site & see whether full credit of rs.18025 has credited in your a/c.if no contact your deductor.if yes take printout & prepare a letter & deposit in depatment.

if you file your return online than check reason for failure of refund.

First Confirm about this matter from income tax Office if you filled manually if you have filled return online then confirm ur return status from CPC.  

they can give a better solution.

Thank you for replying to my query, accordingly I found out that the deduction is matched at the website under Form 26AS under the reference PART A - Details of Tax Deducted At Source F  F=Final.

But I have not yet recieved the refund amount nor they are showing any details of refund , so as said by you I am taking a print out of the same and depositing it with a letter to the department. 

Kindly guide if there is anything else to do or if there is a mail id where I can send in the screen shot and my letter for the refund.

Go to the website www.tin-nsdl.com > tax refund, and see if you are getting any refund for the relevant assessment year.

Confirm by 26AS statement whether you got credit or not?

if you have submitted return electonically, then check the status online, 

if you have submitted manual, then you have to visit the department once to get status.
