What is the time limit for availment of cenvat credit against input service paid by the service receiver ?
Note: Service receivar is not service provider but manufacturer of excisable goods and also paying service tax under RCM.

I think it is one year from date of invoice..
There is condition of actual payment against such invoice to provider of service within 3 months. Whether such condition is aplicable to serice receiver who paiying S.T. on RCM and claiming S.T. on Input Services ?
cenvat can be availed only after payment of service tax to department and the time limit for availment is 6 months from GAR 7 challan
no cenvat credit reversal in RCM case
