Whether Cenvat credit is avaliable on service tax paid on rent of head office in delhi,guest houses and various branches all over India if Manufacturing unit or factory is situated in mumbai?

if it satisfies the defination of input service under CCR 2004, then eligible for service tax provided rule 6 is also followed

Nope cannot take as per definition of input service given in Rule 2(I) of CCR,04
