Dear All,
I am showing Presumptive income(Sec 44AD) of about 147,000(more than 8% gross receipts) and salary income(no tds deducted) approx. 100,000 A.Y. 2012-13.
Can we claim deductions 80C deductions against Salary income??
Plz reply.

Yes, you can claim deductions from your Gross Total Income because even Deductions u/s 80C to 80GGC are allowed from imcome computed u/s 44AD.
