Are GST ITC available on office building repair live construction related or PVC paneling etc??

Refer Sec 17(5)(c) and Sec 17(5)(d) of GST Act
No..it id covered under blocked credit
Not Allowed as it is Blocked u/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017...
ITC relating to construction and works contract is ineligible as per sec. 17(5) only to the extent it is capitalised in books.
