can a partnership deed be registered with a name containing national ? is there any problem legal or others ?

Hello,
No you cannot include the word 'National'.
The law says ..
"Name of the firm should not contain any words which may express or imply the approval or patronage of the government except where the government has given its written consent for the use of such words as part of the firms name."
Hence it cannot contain the words like National, Union, Central, Federal etc.
The same is applicable in case of Companies.
