Availability of Input Tax Credit on 3 Wheeler Auto Rickshaw

If I purchase any passenger category electric 3 wheeler auto rikshaw for transportation of goods, like Mahindra Treo or Piaggio Ape e-City will I eligible to take input tax credit or not?
