I do not find ITR 3 as yet in New Income Tax website. When it is expected?

But still I do not see ITR 3 in online utility in the website. How do I fill ITR 3?

We can't file ITR 3 in online utility . We have to use Offline only

Yes. It is working Version 1.06.
We need space in RAM and Clear cache memory of browser before downloading it.

Thanks. I tried just now after clearing cache and history. Then I tried to download offline utility. Still it gives error as below:
"Error:
This page can't be displayed. Contact support for additional information. This incident id is N/A."

Yes, Mr Ramachandran, ITR-3 is available in latest version 1.06 of offline utility. I downloaded yesterday only.
