we received oxygen cylinder, in that sum cylinders was damaged while using, so seller is rising invoice for damage. my doubt is can we avail input on damage invoice.
Pls solve my problem

It can be considered as consumed while supplying output service. If your output service is taxable then ITC can be claimed.
