Dear Experts,

Want Your suggestion, Ideas and Solutions for the following issues....

A Pvt Ltd company having 3 directors. One director is primary authorized signatory. No other authorized signatory. The said Authorized Signatory was dead in August-20. Also his Digital Signature is expired.

The company is busy for add another share holder. Company's GST returns filed through EVC up-to 31st October 2020. From 1st November-20 it's changed as per previous policy like through DSC.

Now, the company want to add another Authorized signatory. But, No way for amendment means after amend want submit with authorized signatory who is already expired...

What are the solutions in this issue...?

Can give suitable suggestion...

As per my opinion, online solution is not possible

You can visit GST office for solution of this issue.

Yes, You are exactly correct.

Already we contact the Circle officer and try to add new authorized signatory. After feed OTP it's showing "Internal server Error". It's going last few days...

At the time of amendment now there is 2 options one is to submit with DSC and another one is otp threw registered mobile number, so you can avail 2nd option, with the help of otp you can change or add directors and file the amendment.

The jurisdictions officer will not be able to help you. Because as per As I know ..they knew nothing about GST.

@ Mr Rudra, Jurisdiction officer can only solve this issue...All other is not possible...

hi, According to CGST Rule 19, any change in registration shall be carried out within 15 days of such change. In this case you will have to contact your jurisdiction.
