Can one person become authorised representative of more than one governor & president. For quorum of GENERAL meeting.

yes a memeber can be a chairman and act as a member also in a meeting but can vote single handedly

An Authorised representative is considered as member and there is no such bar on maximum no. of persons to whom he can represent... He has all rights as of person attending the meeting including voting rights
