Authorised representative for income tax purpose
Can a person who has cleared CA inter examination be appointed as authorised representative for income tax purpose??? Or is it necessary to be a C.A for being appointed as authorised representative for income tax purpose??

Authorised Representative should be a CA having COP.
CA Inter person is not eligible for acting as AR
