Sorry, but Your query is not clear.
However, yes if the company is member of any other company then authorised representatinve is to attend the AGM and it is said that the member has atttend the meeting through Authorised Representative.

yes u r right that authorised representative can attend AGM on behalf of Body corporate which is a member of another Company.
But my query is something different:
Suppose there is one Company say "A"
Company "B" & Company "C" r the members of Company "A".
Now Company "B" & Company "C" have authorised Mr. N to attend the AGM of Company "A" i.e. same person has been authorised to attend the AGM. So can we say that 2 members i.e Company "B" & "C" are present through their authorised representative Mr. N.
According to me we can say 2 members i.e Company "B" & "C" are present through their authorised representative Mr. N. even though authorised representative is same for the same.
However ur kind opnions r invited.

Yes, he can be counted as two entities. It is just a simple logis say a person has shares in his name and is a representative of a company, then he shall be counted in the quorum and shall be shown as a corporate representative also.

Ms. Joshi you can be appointed as a representative of any number of body corporates to attend the AGM on their behalf. If you are appointed by 10 body corporates then your presense is equal to 10 members personally present for quorum and voting purpose.
