why do companies dimunish that is decrease their authorised capital even if there is no requirement of raising funds through shares?
do they get refund for fees paid originally on authorised capital(proportionate fees on amount so reduced).??
to maintain debt equity ratio. to take control over the management their are alot of reason its depend upon the situation
and no then dont get refund from mca.
