can a director of the company authorise any other person to sell his property(land) which is shown as investment in the books of company.
please suggest.

if property is shown as investments in the books of company then it will exclusively the property of company and BOD by resolution/POA authorise any officer /employee/KMP to do the SIGN on company behalf which they are obliged to do/authenticate .
