Hello,

I've got my membership number with ICAI and I've already applied for Certificate of Practice(COP). I'd got a letter saying that I've been alloted the COP but I don't have the physical copy of that myself as I couldn't attend the felicitation where they were going to distribute the same.

I'm an employee in a CA firm but I'm not a partner in any firm. I wish to audit a trust in my individual capacity. Can I just my rubber stamp which has my name and membership no. and audit the same? Or will I have to be a partner in a firm or open my own firm as a sole proprietor?
