Auditors Fees

Hello,

I want to know that can an Auditor reduce its audit fees, on which amount he was appointed.

I will make a brief on the matter:-

Auditor was appointed as first auditor of the company and his fees was 50000/- Rs. But the company has not done any business in the financial year.

So please guide me in this matter that whether an auditor can reduce its professional fees?
