AGM for the year ending 31.03.2013 held on 29.09.2013. appointment of auditors is done at AGM under old companies act 1956.
Form 23B not filed with ROC.
now as the new companies act is came into existance. what form to filed with ROC - intimation of appointment of auditor.
is it right in using the old form 23B or new form as per companies act ? as i came to know we have to use GNL2 with attachgment ADT1.
