Can anyone pls tell me the 1) process for appointment of Auditors in a pvt company as our Statutory Auditor has left in mid of year.What all we have to for appointment of new auditor i.e. start with intimation.....................
2) What all documents we have to prepare for conducting AGM in case of Pvt Company

I think The Auditor is appointed by Board of Director as this is a Casual Vacancy.
Board can fill casual vacancy.. However if casual vacancy is due to Resignation of auditor then it shall be filled by shareholder in General Meeting
