An auditor of a company revocated in 2015 before his expiry term. but the has not filed ADT-2 till now. Now when Adt-2 filed reply given from MCA for resubmission with show cause. please anyone guide a valid reason for resubmission and further what can do a company in this situation?
ADT-2 is filed before removal of auditor as it is for seeking consent for such removal. How did u file it now? Also, can u pls share what exactly MCA is demanding in show cause?
