Hi friends,

I have to collect the report about auditor remunerations of Various listed companies, Please tell me from where i will find the information about auditor remuneration, and where it is mentioned in the auditor report....

Hi dude.. You want related info for listed co.s, hence you do one thing.. Download pdf copies of annual returns of listed co.s.. Under direct expenses you will find auditors remuneration as a separate line item.. It must be bifurcated into - - - Remuneration as an auditor + for company law matters + for Income tax matters + other fees

Yes dear if u want to know the remuneration on every individual auditors yu hav eto visit at every company Anual return.

No doubt.. Direct exp.. Even in revised schedule VI, it is included under direct exp.. It is nothing but a professional charges.. And prof chgs are always direct exp

See, bifurcation between direct n indirect exp I hv seen in tally only.. In P&L account or even in revised schedule VI, you will not find this segregation.. Pls download excel template of it, you will find separate heading under P&L for audit fees
