If a auditor is appointed for five years that is from 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2019, now it's time to re appoint the auditor. My question is that it is necessary to re appoint the auditor in agm for fy 2018-19 or we can re appoint him before agm. means can we re appoint him in present month or next month for fy 2019-20?
