It is incorporated in December 2013,
Company hasn't appointed anyone as Auditor till now....please suggest....

Pl refer Sec.224(5) of CA 1956 which clearly provides that first auditor is required to be appointed by the Board within one month of incorporation failing which members may appoint auditor in general meeting.
