The above subject is coming as error while clicking on proceed to file option in the initiate filing option of gstr9c.
The json has been processed in the office section yet the error is generated.
please provide with some solution.

Try regenarating json file. Check the auditor name mentioned and name as per Digital signature
Check the PAN of the individual signing GSTR9C
