Audit under GST

If a person is already done his account audited under any other law, then does he required to get his account audited under section 35 of CGST act 2018

yes. Audit under GST is compulsory if the turnover is more than 2 crore. This audit is independent of any other audit under any other law.

Agree with the above comments...

Audit under GST is mandatory if your turnover exceeds ₹2 crore under SECTION 35.
Even if You have audited your Books of Accounts under SECTION 44AB ( Income Tax Act ,1961) , you are required to get your Accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant under GST as per SECTION 35......
