Please suggest on audit of UP sales tax form 23 of the f/y 2008-09

audit report form 23 under UPVAT have been under revission thus date for submission of form 26 and form 23 have been extended by 90 days.

do anyone of u know that whether the new format of 2 pages of Form XXIII under UP VAT Audit is applicable for F.Y. 2008-09??? or for F.Y. 2008-09 we should give audit report under old form 23 of 18 pages format????
