my client has a charitable foundation which is registered under societies act. i didnt have any 12aa certificate. I have filed income tax return as AOP. i have received notice to file 10b.
I HAVE DOUBT REG 10B AND ITS APPLICABILITY

Agreed with Vishesh Suraana.. 12AA is for exemption for income to be taxed and not for return and Audit report filing.
