one of my client (Company) having below One Crore Turnover...while preparing Audit Report which clause we have to select under Section 44AB..

When turnover is below 1 Crore, there is no tax audit required under 44AB.

Though you are not required to audit under income tax, you would have audited in accordance to the provisions of company law. you can furnish that audit statement
