Audit report
As per sec 185 of co Act 2013 .A private company has advanced loan to a firm in which a director has interest .Should it be included under matter of emphasis paragraph or should we qualify the report??Can someone help me in interpreting this ??

from your query posted I don't think there are any matters that require any qualifications in audit report.
also a private company need not follow the requirements related to meetings in which director is interested in contract entered by pvt co
