Verify all the records maintanied by the guest house.

Records are,

1.Occupancy register.

2.Verification of the bills of guest houses including Water, electricity,wifi etc.

Further you can do the analysis of Food expenditure spent per person.Find out the variations.

How can we comment on Avg consunption wise of food... obviously there is no standard.  even if there is variance there could be genuine reason ... Food intake more...

 There may be chances of improper utilisation of resources by guest house maintainance people , if no proper controls are exists.
