There is no such provision for partnership or proprietorship. .It falls under audit only by virtue of sec 44AB. 44AD. . .
Companies require only statutory Audit as per Company Act
& Co., Partnership Firm, & Prop. requires Tax Audit under Provision of Income tax act (If such to applicable to them)
