27 May 2012Can any one please provide me or share me the details or standard operational policy ( SOP ) on Implementation of internal control on carriage inward / outward. ( in detail ) what are the controls we should have in manufacturing environment and Hw to check duplication of Invoices on carriage inward / outward ?
Pl help me out?

1st of all no TDS will be applicable on carriage inward if PAN is PROVIDED.
2nd verify carriage inward voucher with delivary challan.
3rd in some state CST,VAT necessary form like form c,d,e1,e2 is applicable compare carriage inward quantity with that forms.
4th verify by payment, confirmation of account.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
