Please tell me that a ca firm can conduct audit of a client how many times continiously.
Is there any rule regarding that a ca firm can not conduct audit of a client not more than ****** times continiously.
If yes please Provide the coditions for both internal, statutory audit and with tax audit seperately.

For Internal Audit : No Such Requirement. However your Firm Should have engagement Letter
For Statutory Audit : Your Firm should qualify the restriction of 45 tax audit & 30 company audit & your firm should be appointed as an auditor for the f.y. in the AGM or you should have valid appointment letter from firm or individual as the case may be
