I am having sole proprietorship of a firm which provides Information Technology services. What will be limit of Internal audit done by CA for such firms? Will it be 25 Lakhs or 1 Corer?

Dear Vishal,
Internal audit is NOT compulsory in case of proprietorships. The limits you have stated applied to corporates only.
