Genrally Income of a Public trust is EXEMPTED U/S 11 OR 12, If Certain Condition Are fullfilled by Trust. (85% Exp. Incurred during the year for trust )But All Income are to be Exempted, Trust have to be Audited by C.A. ( As Per IT Act)
