You have mentioned yourself as internal auditor as per companies act 13 it is now mandatory to appoint internal auditor in certian companies and employee can be appointed as internal auditor.
You are an employee whether you have taken COP for acting as internal auditor. just asking because same offer i have received from my present organisation to act as internal auditor and take audit fee instead of salary.
Internal Auditor can be an employee of the company which doesn't require any COP
what are the formalities to be fulfilled to act as an internal auditor????
