Strategy to Clear CA Final :
Strategy to Clear CA Final Group 1 – Click here for Group 1
Strategy to Clear CA Final Group 2 – Click here for Group 2
…..
You may refer the following books for your exam preparation –
Audit - Padhuka for important and practical topics (For other portion surbhi bansal) (Dont do selective study prepare practical chapters thoroughly eg PE, Co. Audit, Auditors Report, Tax Audit. (D S Rawat is good for SAs)
ISCA - Manish Valechha ISCA TextBook (BEST) (Memory Based Edition).... Best book to fetch high marks in ISCA. Very well written with awesome presentation ….The most comprehensive yet easy to understand textbook. It explains all topics with examples, diagrams, memory codes (refer Study Material if you have sufficient time but not actually required). And at last go through Practice manual for important questions. (Do not use Dinesh Madan, It is not good). To see more suggestions for ISCA ... visit the following link :

Yes, i also failed in last attemp only because of these to subjects, Now i dont think it is time to tell you about which book to refer, whichever book you have refered is good actually it does not matter, just read the question from practice manual and try to remember whatever you can ,what you can u need not focus but the points you dont remeber u need to focus.
Agreed with Rahul,
For ISCA - Manish Velechha is good
Another important is What ever the book you prepared the result based on our presentation of answers in examination.
Whlie preparation read entire topics but study selective topics.
Present ansewers in point wise format not in paragraph format.
Concentrate more on ACCOUNTING STANDRADS,STANDARDS ON AUDITING AND PROFESSIONAL ETICHES which covers around 30 to 40 marks in Auditing.Don'T quote worng Standard Numbers, clause numbers, schedule numbers.
For ISCA - SDLC,RISK ANALYSIS,ERP,TESTING,CONTROL
Don't loose patience while preparing as well as writing exam.

I am reading from Dinesh madan ... And I find it really good and definitely wanna refer the same for my
exams as well.
I personally don't agree with mnemonics because they are hard to remember at the exam hall .... once you forgot one thing ...you can forgot all ...
but conceptual clearity always remains the same. Even if you couldn't recall anything ....you can surely do something.
Study material is bit tough to read at one go ... so you can start with Practice manual first. And then your main book ( whatever it is dinesh madan or manish valechha ) ,....just after going through them it won't be tough to read study material .......
and for revision :-
you need to do just
1. read your main book
2. RTP
3. Suggested answer.
As I haven't done auditing .....so can't advise on the same.

View the dvds of Dinesh Madan, unofficial ones circulated in the market, for conceptual clarity.
Then figure out the questions from PM/suggesteds.
You may view the dvds for the topics that you find confusing.

Hello Meghna,
For Audit you can refer Surbhi bansal' book. no matter which book or notes you are refering Practice manual And RTP 's of institute are very important, you should also refer them it will give you a great understanding of the manner of giving the answers..
For ISCA, revision (3 or 4 times) is necessary to learn. any book or notes having question-answer format is good for ISCA such as Paduka. Again practice manual is also important..
I hope it will help you !!
