Audit amendments applicable for ipce november, 2012.

I have the seventh revised edition of Surbhi Bansal's Auditing and Assurance book with me, which was published on June, 2011. Have there been many amendments after that date? If so I'd need to buy a new book but if there's not been many amendments then I can manage with the book I currently have. Please advise.
